Talent Developer Instructor

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Developer to join our team. As a Talent Developer, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing the talents of our students, helping them reach their full potential in their respective areas of expertise. You will work closely with our students to understand their strengths and areas for growth, and design tailored development programs to enhance their skills and talents.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring sessions to students, focusing on talent development and personal growth.

Help students identify their unique talents, strengths, and areas for improvement.

Design and implement development programs and strategies to support students’ talent goals.

Collaborate with other coaches and faculty members to integrate talent development into the academy’s curriculum.

Conduct workshops and group coaching sessions to enhance students’ skills in their respective talents and foster a collaborative learning environment.

Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in talent development and incorporate them into coaching programs.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to students, monitoring their progress and adjusting coaching strategies as needed.

Collaborate with parents and stakeholders to ensure students’ talent development aligns with their long-term goals.

Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions and student progress.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Talent Developer or similar role, with a strong track record of successfully developing individuals or groups in their talents.

Excellent knowledge of talent development theories, models, and best practices.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with students.

Effective communication and active listening skills.

Empathy and the ability to understand and address individual needs and challenges.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to guide students through personal and talent development obstacles.

Ability to adapt coaching techniques to different learning styles and personalities.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Proficiency in using talent assessment tools and techniques.

Relevant certifications or training in talent development is a plus.
