We are currently seeking a talented and motivated intern to join our team as a Talent Success Associate. As a Talent Success Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the Talent Success Manager in managing the end-to-end talent experience and driving talent retention. It will be a contractual opportunity from 3-6 months depending on the business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing talent success strategies, including onboarding, training, support, and engagement programs.
• Help with proactively identifying and addressing talent needs and concerns.
• Contribute to monitoring and analyzing talent success metrics and retention rates.
• Support in developing and maintaining relationships with key talent and network candidates.
• Assist in coordinating between clients and talents for interviews and engagements.
• Help reduce talent-driven churn on client engagements.
• Support in reviewing customer complaints and concerns, and suggest improvements to enhance the talent experience.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Strong interest in customer success management and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
• Availability to work full-time for the duration of the internship.
