Job Title: Technical Help Desk

Spectranet Limited is seeking a Technical Help Desk person to join our team. If you have at least 1 year of experience in a technical support role and are passionate about problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for internal staff.
  • Assist with software, hardware, and network-related issues.
  • Document and track all support requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical problems efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
  • Intermediate knowledge of computer systems, software, and network troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.
