Job Title: Technical Help Desk
Spectranet Limited is seeking a Technical Help Desk person to join our team. If you have at least 1 year of experience in a technical support role and are passionate about problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for internal staff.
- Assist with software, hardware, and network-related issues.
- Document and track all support requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical problems efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Intermediate knowledge of computer systems, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.
