Job Description:

  • Documentation & Record Keeping: Assist with maintaining and organizing project documentation (e.g., meeting minutes, status reports, and project records). Ensure all documents are accessible to the team.
  • Task Tracking and Reporting: Support the TPM in tracking task progress (Jira, Asana, etc.) and helping to gather data for status reports. Learn to generate basic reports to provide visibility into team activities.
  • Meeting Coordination: Manage scheduling logistics for team meetings (e.g., booking rooms, sending invitations). Observe and take notes during key project meetings (e.g., Sprint Planning, Sprint Review).
  • Communication Support: Assist the TPM in drafting internal communications and follow-up emails. Serve as a passive point of contact, escalating simple inquiries to the senior TPM.
  • Process Observation & Learning: Actively observe and document the team’s capacity planning and sprint processes (as illustrated in your diagram) to understand the full project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Knowledge of the core software development lifecycle is a plus.
  • Basic proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace/Microsoft Office).
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts and terminology to communicate effectively with the technical team.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and a willingness to learn how to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
