Technical Recruiter at Holepunch, Remote (Global)

We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Services Specialist to join the team. In this role, you will focus on sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent across various departments within Holepunch. This position requires a proactive approach to recruitment, managing the full life cycle of the hiring process while maintaining excellent communication with candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Develop job descriptions and post job openings across various platforms.
• Source candidates through direct outreach, job boards, social media, and industry connections.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process for candidates.
• Provide feedback to candidates and maintain clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment methods and strategies.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, within the IT industry hiring for the software engineering roles.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment and handle high-volume hiring.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
