Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of technical recruitment experience
- Strong understanding of technical roles and technology stack requirements
- Experience with modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated success in closing technical candidates
Technical Skills
Candidates should be proficient in one or more of the following:
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification
- Technical Recruiter Certification (TRC)
- Experience with recruitment marketing
- Knowledge of programming languages and technical frameworks
- Experience with Boolean search techniques
- Background in technology or software development
- Experience with remote hiring and virtual interviewing
- Multi-lingual capabilities
What to expect:
Schedule:
- Majority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities maybe full-time or part-time.
Compensation:
- Rate starts at $5 per hour
- Payment is made via Deel
Equipment:
Candidate must have the following WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
