Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and connect with software engineers seeking new opportunities.

Utilize your technical recruitment experience to understand engineer’s skillsets, career goals, and challenges faced during the traditional job search.

Clearly explain how Team Remotely’ automation features address these pain points and streamline the process for software engineers.

Overcome objections by leveraging your technical knowledge and demonstrate the platform’s benefits for their job search.

Close sales deals and onboard new clients, ensuring they maximize their use of Team Remotely.

Provide ongoing support to new clients, fostering long-term successful partnerships.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or a related technical sales role.

Proven track record of success in identifying and attracting top software engineering talent.

Strong understanding of software development trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to build rapport and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience in a clear and concise manner.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales deals.

A dedication to exceeding client expectations and achieving sales goals.

Experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
