Technical Sale Specialist- Cybersecurity
POSITION
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Specialist with expertise in cybersecurity, specifically in Fortinet solutions. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our cybersecurity solutions to prospective clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a mid-level position that requires a combination of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and cybersecurity expertise.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential customers.
Create a process of converting leads into customers.
Understand customer needs and requirements and effectively communicate the value proposition of our cybersecurity solutions.
Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our offerings.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure the successful implementation and integration of our cybersecurity solutions.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, cybersecurity threats, and Fortinet products to maintain a high level of expertise.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives, including revenue and commission goals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in technical sales or cybersecurity sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong knowledge and expertise in cybersecurity, with specific experience in Fortinet solutions.
Demonstrated understanding of network security concepts, technologies, and best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, or Fortinet NSE are highly desirable.
