Apziva is a fast-growing startup with a mission to solve the world’s experience gap and unlock human potential, hiring a Freelance Technical Sourcer to join our team.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for highly motivated individuals who will work with prospective candidates to ensure strong enrollments in our AI Residency Program. Your role will be to source, educate, inspire, and skillfully guide potential candidates through the application and enrollment process.

• Work closely with senior talent acquisition partners to deeply understand sourcing strategies
• Screen, and source candidates in Machine Learning and Data Science for Apziva’s AI Residency Program
• Learn about AI Residency Program and communicate its value proposition to prospective candidates
• Reach out to potential candidates and follow up with prospects through LinkedIn
• Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets, converting potential candidates into enrolled candidates
• Update and maintain activity in company CRM and other shared tools
• Support the talent acquisition team ensuring data and processes are complete and accurate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred but not required)
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Hands-on experience recruiting/sourcing for all levels ranging from new grads to staff
• Knowledge & experience with applicant tracking systems
• Fundamental sourcing skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
