Technical Support Specialist at Tjekvik, Remote

As our Technical Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for dealerships needing help with our platform. You’ll handle inbound requests, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers to solutions — all while representing Tjekvik with professionalism and warmth.

This role is ideal for individuals who have worked in customer-facing roles and are looking to leverage their experience in a technology environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound support tickets and enquiries from dealerships
  • Troubleshoot issues and guide customers to solutions
  • Provide phone and written support across multiple European markets
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to escalate and resolve complex cases
  • Contribute to improving support processes and documentation

Your Background

Essential:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service role or similar
  • Fluent English (our working language)
  • Fluent in Spanish or French
  • Based in Europe
  • Thrives in a remote-first environment

Bonus Points:

  • Background in automotive retail
  • Experience with support tools and ticketing systems
  • Interest in working with AI and new technologies
  • Additional European languages

What Success Looks Like

  • 30 days: You understand our products, support processes, and common customer issues
  • 90 days: You’re independently handling support cases across your language markets
  • 180 days: You’re a trusted resource for customers and colleagues alike
