As a Technical Writer at DODO, you will:

• Structure, write and update conceptual content, tutorials, guides, API/SDK developer documentation
• Synthesize and translate complex technical information effectively across the organization
• Partner internally as part of a cross-functional team with engineering, design, operations, and other teams on the design and implementation of DODO products
• Continuously improve the user and developer experience by creating and iterating on the user interface, landing page, technical content, and marketing materials
• Help improve processes for content creation, delivery, and maintenance

About You

• Your style of communication is open, transparent, and direct
• Degree in Technical Writing, English, Journalism, a related writing-oriented field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is a huge plus
• Prior experience in crypto and DeFi strongly preferred
• Understand the challenges of keeping documentation up to date with improvements in fast-changing, in-development code, and how to write just enough documentation to be helpful
• Passionate and eager to delve into unfamiliar concepts about how DODO works
• Experience organizing and communicating both technical and non-technical content
