Role & Responsibilities

• Keeps a record of all tracker IMEIs and their SIM phone numbers
• Maintain a record of all vehicles tracked within the area of jurisdiction
• Install and manage trackers on all vehicles within the area of jurisdiction
• Ensure every vehicle is tracked and reporting live location on the IoT Platform
• Monitor and ensure all vehicles are within their primary locations
• Work with Collections, Recovery, and Welfare teams by providing accurate vehicle locations when needed
• Detect abnormal situations with vehicles and escalate immediately to Management
• Monitor and utilize GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles in case of theft
• Analyze data to increase business operational efficiency
• Periodically review tracking platform and make recommendations to management on improvement

• 2 years’ experience minimum
• Minimum of ND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Fleet Industry experience
