Daily Responsibilities
- Create thumbnails for video topics assigned to you, according to our thumbnail structures & guidelines.
- Create multiple variants of each thumbnail, so we can A/B test them.
- Create new versions for thumbnails that didn’t work.
- Have clear and transparent communication with all people in the company.
