Trainer at Growe, Remote (Global)
Growe welcomes those who are excited to:
- Facilitate engaging and effective onboarding and continuous training sessions for new and existing employees across various regions.
- Develop, update, and deliver training materials, manuals, e-learning content, and workshop content tailored to the iGaming industry;
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business needs;
- Track and report on training participation, completion, and outcomes using learning management systems (LMS) and other tools;
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning and support performance improvements;
- Contribute to the assessment of training effectiveness and recommend improvements or new training strategies;
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into training programs.
We need your professional experience:
- 2–4 years of experience as a trainer, learning facilitator—preferably in the iGaming, tech, or fast-paced online services industry;
- Proven experience designing and delivering training for adult learners, both in-person and virtually;
- Strong familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools (e.g., Intercom, Back Office, Excel, etc.);
- Experience working cross-functionally with operations, customer support, compliance, or marketing teams is a plus;
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and training schedules simultaneously.
