Job Title: Treasury Marketer

Lovonus Microfinance Bank is a leading microfinance bank dedicated to providing financial services to micro, small, and medium-scale enterprises. We are seeking an experienced Treasury Marketer to join our team.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Treasury Marketer to identify and develop new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and promote our treasury products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote treasury products and services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the bank’s treasury portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, including corporate organizations and high net worth individuals.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with the treasury team to develop and promote new treasury products and services.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in treasury marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in marketing and sales.
• Strong understanding of treasury products and services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
