In this role you will:

• Lead re-engineering of Bamboo 3.0 Web with fresh design systems and intuitive user experience
• Analyzing user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience
• Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences, leveraging user research and metrics to improve user experience
• Collaborate with product teams in Agile environment to develop user personas, user flow maps, wireframes and high fidelity prototypes
• Rapidly deploy various user testing models such as A/B, usability, and user acceptance testing on prototypes
• Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research
• Suggest improvements to design and performance to product engineers
• Recommend new tools and technologies by staying abreast of the latest trends and techniques

You’ll be a great fit if you have :

• Demonstrated experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
• A well-rounded portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centric design and business objectives
• Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback, translating them into design requirements
• Excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal
• An intuitive eye for user needs and ability to translate them into product and feature design
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and Agile environments
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts
• Passion for design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve
• Creative problem-solving skills
