Job Title: Video Editor

We’re looking for a Video Editor who can turn scripts, raw footage, and performance data into thumb‑stopping short‑form ads that drive sales.

What You’ll Do

• Edit high‑impact videos (5–30 s) for TikTok, Reels/Stories, YouTube Shorts, and display placements—tight cuts, strong hooks, dynamic pacing, and clean captions.
• Adapt content for multiple formats & ratios (9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9) while maintaining brand consistency.
• Add motion graphics & sound design (basic kinetic type, SFX, licensed music) to maximize attention in the first three seconds.
• Iterate quickly—produce multiple variations (hooks, CTAs, languages) for A/B testing based on CAC, ROAS, CTR, and watch‑time data.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and media buyers to align storytelling with campaign objectives.
• ​Organize and manage assets in an efficient post‑production workflow (naming, versioning, archiving).

Requirements

• 2+ years editing short‑form performance ads or social content.
• Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve/Final Cut) and working knowledge of After Effects/CapCut for light motion graphics.
• Strong sense of pacing, audio leveling, color correction, and storytelling for mobile‑first viewing.
• Ability to read basic ad metrics (CTR, watch time, cost‑per‑view) and translate insights into creative tweaks.
• Portfolio or reel showing at least five direct‑response ads that performed well.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic a plus.
