What You’ll Do:

• Finalize CPR classes by ensuring all necessary steps are completed.
•  Issue certifications to participants promptly.
• Update and maintain CPR class listings in the system to reflect current and accurate information.
• General Data Entry
•  Email Communication to Support
• Excel spreadsheet & CSV uploads
•  CRM knowledge

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
•  CRM software navigation and data management
• General data entry accuracy and efficiency
• Professional email communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Time management abilities
