Job Title: VM Development Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize the full management lifecycle of VMs.
• Participate in system architecture design and provide virtualization solutions.
• Collaborate with the Docker team to ensure seamless integration between VMs and containers.
• Conduct regular system performance analysis, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvement plans.
• Write and maintain technical documentation to ensure code quality and maintainability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in VM development with familiarity in mainstream virtualization technologies such as KVM, QEMU, and Xen.
• Understanding of network virtualization technologies (e.g., SDN, VxLAN) and storage virtualization.
• Extensive experience in developing resource scheduling algorithms; familiarity with resource management in platforms such as OpenStack and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Linux system administration and scripting, with proficiency in languages like Shell and Bash.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-team environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills, communication ability, and innovative thinking.
