We are currently seeking a VoIP Manager to join our talented team. Here, you will find the perfect environment to thrive, excel, and contribute to reshaping the financial landscape.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

1. VoIP Technology Knowledge

  • In-depth understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, H.323).
  • Familiarity with VoIP hardware and software (IP phones, gateways, PBX systems).

2. Network Engineering Skills

  • Expertise in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and Quality of Service (QoS) principles.

3. Security Expertise

  • Understanding of VoIP security issues and best practices.
  • Ability to implement encryption and secure VoIP communications.

4. Telecommunications Knowledge

  • Background in traditional telephony systems and transitioning to VoIP.

Understanding of PSTN and integration with VoIP.

5. System Integration Skills

  • Experience integrating VoIP systems with other enterprise systems (CRM, ERP).
  • Knowledge of API and SDK usage for VoIP system customization.

6. Technical Support and Troubleshooting

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve VoIP-related issues.
  • Familiarity with VoIP monitoring tools and techniques.
