Web Content Manager at maids.cc, Remote (United Kingdom)

We are seeking a meticulous and technically skilled Web Content Manager to manage,update, and optimize web content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role is not responsible for writing content, but for publishing, formatting, and maintaining it, while ensuring strong visual presentation and consistency. The ideal candidate will also have image manipulation skills to prepare and optimize graphics for digital use.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and publish content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Format and style content provided by internal teams to ensure a polished and professional web presence.
• Perform basic image editing tasks such as resizing, cropping, optimizing, and adjusting visuals for web use.
• Apply basic layout and design principles for responsive, user-friendly content display.
• Ensure all content meets brand, accessibility (WCAG), and UX guidelines.
• Maintain content components, templates, and digital assets in AEM.
• Conduct content QA, link checks, and layout validation before publishing.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and technical teams for updates and issue resolution.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (or other enterprise CMS).
• Proficiency with image editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive web design concepts.
• Experience working with brand guidelines and digital asset management.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with structured content.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of SEO basics and web analytics.
• Experience working with large websites or multi-regional digital environments.
