About the role

The ideal candidate will have professional experience in web design, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will:

• Create visually appealing and user-friendly designs using Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

• Develop and maintain web pages with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Ensure websites are tested and optimised for multiple browsers and devices.

• Design engaging social media imagery and branding assets.

• Create graphics and logos that enhance brand identity.

• Flexibly manage and transition between various projects and tasks.

• Take ownership of tasks, ensuring completion and effective team communication.

• Apply SEO and page speed best practices to all web design projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute web design projects from concept to completion, including initial planning, design, and implementation.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align web design with social media campaigns and brand strategy.

• Design and optimise web pages for usability, performance, and SEO.

• Create and test website layouts, functionality, and visual elements across different browsers and devices.

• Produce engaging social media graphics and branding assets to support marketing initiatives.

• Design and refine logos and other graphic elements to enhance brand recognition.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

• Take initiative on tasks, follow through to completion, and maintain clear communication with the team.
