Job Title: Web3 Marketing Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Native Web3 Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a visionary marketing professional with a deep understanding of the blockchain infrastructure, a background in software development is preferred, but not essential (ideally with experience in both Ethereum and Solana ecosystems), and a successful track record in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies in the Web3 space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute ingenious marketing strategies that elevates Neon EVM’s visibility and adoption among developers, dApp teams, and retail users within the blockchain ecosystem.
- Work closely with dApp partner teams developing co-marketing activities through the launch and growth phases to increase ecosystem dApps users (B2B2C).
- Craft compelling narratives that articulate the value proposition of deploying Ethereum dApps on Solana through Neon EVM, highlighting benefits.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand technical features and updates, translating complex technical information into clear, marketable content for diverse audiences.
- Engage with the developer community through forums, social media, workshops, webinars, and conferences to foster a robust ecosystem around Neon EVM.
- Manage cross-disciplinary marketing campaigns across all digital platforms, including content creation, PR, SEO, email marketing, and social media, to drive brand awareness and product adoption.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitive landscapes, pinpointing novel opportunities and staying ahead of sectoral shifts.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 2+ years of experience in marketing roles at Web3 or Blockchain industry (ideally infrastructure sector) with a strong preference for candidates who have transitioned from a developer role to marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing effective marketing strategies in the technology or blockchain industry.
- Strong technical foundation, ideally with experience in Ethereum and Solana ecosystems, and the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to create and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with the Web3 communities. Experience with on-chain points programmes will be highly desirable.
- Excellent writing skills and proficiency in crafting compelling content for different channels including media, blogs, and social networks.
- Exemplary English written and verbal communication skills, transforming ideas into captivating narratives.
- Outstanding communication skills to engage with stakeholders and partners.
- Excellent level of English language (both written and verbal) essential.
