To become a part of our team

-You must have a quiet, distraction-free location to work from in your residence.
-You must possess a High School diploma or GED.
-You may need to have your own PC (desktop or laptop only) and high-speed internet (satellite and wireless hotspots are not approved), both of which will be tested and retested as needed as part of the application process.
-You will need to have a monitor or possibly dual monitors; The requirements vary by client and will be discussed prior to you start.
-A smartphone is required for security verification. A landline may be required based on the position offered.
-All positions may require the purchase of equipment such as, but not limited to, a headset, flash drive, and dual monitors. (They are not needed as part of the application process, so please do not purchase until we extend an offer to you)
-We are looking for candidates that have great customer service skills, are computer and internet savvy, and comfortable operating in several applications simultaneously.
-We need you to be a “people person” who enjoys talking to and assisting others.
-We prefer 7 days per week availability. Schedules vary and are discussed during the interview.
-Familiarity with iOS and or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
