KAUST Fellowship 2025: Eligibility

Minimum TOEFL iBT score: 79 OR IELTS score: 6.5.

Not required if degree earned in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.

GRE: Not required, but strongly recommended. A high quantitative score can strengthen the application.

Official transcripts, graduation certificates, and grading scales from all institutions attended (in original language + certified English translation).
