KAUST Fellowship 2025: Overview

King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) offers graduate programs for highly qualified students from around the world. KAUST Fellowship 2025: Eligibility

• English Proficiency:

  • Minimum TOEFL iBT score: 79 OR IELTS score: 6.5.

  • Not required if degree earned in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.

• GRE: Not required, but strongly recommended. A high quantitative score can strengthen the application.

• Academic Records:

  • Official transcripts, graduation certificates, and grading scales from all institutions attended (in original language + certified English translation).

• Letters of Recommendation: 3 letters from professors/advisors familiar with your academic/research abilities.

• Curriculum Vitae (CV) required.
