King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok 2026: Overview
The Faculty of Engineering at King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB), Thailand, offers tuition-waived scholarships for outstanding international students for the 2026 academic year. The scholarships cover full tuition for four years in selected English and international engineering programs. Recipients must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.85 out of 4.
King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok 2026: Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Hold a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.

Demonstrate strong academic performance in mathematics, physics, and related subjects.

Provide English proficiency test results that meet the university’s minimum standards.
Academic Requirements
Applicants must achieve one of the following minimum test scores:

SAT or GSAT: 1200 or higher
-
A-Level (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry): Grade B or higher

IB Diploma: Grade 4 or higher in at least five subjects, including Mathematics and Physics

GCE A-Level: Grade C or higher in at least five subjects, including Mathematics and Physics

GED: Minimum 145 in each subject, with Mathematics and Science not lower than 165

Myanmar Matriculation: Physics, Chemistry, English, and Mathematics not lower than 75/100 and at least three distinction subjects
English Language Requirements
Applicants must provide one of the following minimum English test results:

TOEFL (PBT/ITP): 520 or higher, or iBT: 65 or higher

IELTS: 6.0 or higher

TOEIC: 700 or higher

Duolingo: 100 or higher

CEFR: B2 or higher
-
K-STEP (KMUTNB): 75 or higher
Native English speakers are exempt from this requirement.
