King Saud University (KSU) PhD Initiative Scholarship 2025 Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must meet general and program-specific requirements:

✔ Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
✔ English proficiency (official test scores required):

TOEFL IBT: 61

IELTS: 6.0

STEP: 85

Exemptions: If the applicant’s Master’s degree is from USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
✔ Two letters of recommendation.
✔ Curriculum Vitae (CV) (including recent publications or patents, if available).
✔ Statement of purpose.
✔ GRE general test (preferable but not mandatory, unless required by the program).
✔ Personal interview (virtual or in-person).

Eligible full-time PhD students will receive:

💰 Annual stipend of 54,000 SAR ($14,400)
