The Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKYSPP) at the National University of Singapore offers fully funded PhD scholarships to outstanding candidates passionate about social sciences, governance, and international affairs. Benefits
PhD scholarship holders receive a monthly stipend:

Singapore Citizens: SGD 2,800/month (+ SGD 500 after passing PhD Qualifying Exam) + CPF contributions

Singapore Permanent Residents: SGD 2,400/month (+ SGD 500 after PhD Qualifying Exam)

International Students: SGD 2,200/month (+ SGD 500 after PhD Qualifying Exam)
Typical award period: 3 years
