Light and Bells Health Foundation Tuition Support Scholarships 2025: Overview

The Light and Bells Health Foundation Tuition Support/Assistance Scholarships are designed to support African students studying health-related courses in government-owned institutions. The initiative provides financial relief and encouragement to students pursuing careers in healthcare.

A total of six students will be selected across three scholarship categories.

Scholarship Categories

1. G&G Tuition Support/Assistance Scholarship

   • For students studying Medicine (MBBS or MD)

   • Eligible institutions: Federal, State, or Local government institutions

   • Number of awards: 2 students

2. JSI Tuition Support/Assistance Scholarship

   • For students studying Nursing (B.N.Sc, HND, or BSN)

   • Eligible institutions: Federal, State, or Local government institutions

   • Number of awards: 2 students

3. Vision Tuition Support/Assistance Scholarship

   • For students studying Allied Health programs (e.g., Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Public Health, etc.)

   • Eligible institutions: Federal, State, or Local government institutions

   • Number of awards: 2 students

Eligibility

• Must be enrolled in a government-owned institution

• Must be studying a health-related programme under one of the listed categories

• Must provide accurate and verifiable academic and personal information

• Open to eligible students across Africa

Benefits

• Scholarship value: $100 per recipient

• Funds are paid directly to the recipient’s institution

• Payment to personal accounts is only allowed in rare cases where schools do not accept direct deposits

Application Requirements

• Complete all required fields on the scholarship application form

• Submit correct and verifiable personal, academic, and institutional details

Selection & Notification

Recipient Obligations

Selected beneficiaries must submit a testimonial explaining how the scholarship helped them. This can be:

• A 1–2 minute video, or

• A written testimonial via email

Testimonials will only be shared publicly with the recipient’s consent.
