MENA Scholarship Programme (MSP) 2025/2026 Overview

The MENA Scholarship Programme (MSP) supports societal development in the Middle East and North Africa by offering professionals the opportunity to participate in short courses. It aims to build capacity within organizations and enhance knowledge in various fields.

MENA Scholarship Programme (MSP) 2025/2026 Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Be a professional working in one of the eligible countries: Algeria, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, and Tunisia.

• Be 45 years old or younger on the application deadline (plus two weeks).

• Not be employed by an organization that has its own means of staff development (e.g., international development organizations or private companies).

• Have at least two years of work experience.

• Have strong English proficiency (all courses are in English).

• Provide written employer support to participate in the program and implement the Back Home Action Plan.

• Work in a priority area matching the MENA Scholarship Programme’s thematic approach in their country.
