NDDC Post-Graduate (Master’s Degree) Scholarships 2025/2026 Overview

The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) is offering foreign postgraduate scholarships to enhance human resource development in the Niger Delta region. This initiative aims to equip young professionals with relevant training and specialization to compete globally in various disciplines.

NDDC Post-Graduate (Master’s Degree) Scholarships 2025/2026 Eligibility

To qualify, applicants must:

• Be from the Niger Delta Region.

• Hold a First Class, Second Class Upper, or Lower Division Bachelor’s Degree.

• Be no older than 40 years.

• Full scholarship covering tuition, living expenses, and other related costs.

• The amount will be based on the prevailing exchange rate of the Naira.

NDDC Post-Graduate (Master’s Degree) Scholarships 2025/2026 Application Requirements

Applicants must submit:

• Recent passport photograph

• Local Government Identification Letter

• Postgraduate admission letter from a recognized overseas university

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree certificate

• NYSC Discharge/Exemption Certificate

NDDC Post-Graduate (Master’s Degree) Scholarships 2025/2026 Selection Criteria

The selection process includes:

1. Initial Application: Submission via the NDDC website.

2. Preliminary Shortlisting: Based on academic qualifications and local government identification.

3. Computer-Based Test (CBT): Conducted by external consultants.

4. Minimum Test Score: Applicants must meet the required cut-off mark.

5. Final Verification: Local Government Area (LGA) and Community Development Committee (CDC) verification.

2. Submit required documents via the online portal.

3. Print the online-generated acknowledgment for reference.

4. Shortlisted candidates will be notified and invited for a CBT.
