NL Scholarship 2025–2026: Overview
The NL Scholarship (formerly Holland Scholarship) offers a one-time €5,000 grant to talented international students from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) who want to pursue a bachelor’s or master’s degree at participating Dutch universities. This scholarship is funded by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture, and Science in collaboration with Dutch research universities and universities of applied sciences.
Note: This is not a full-tuition scholarship. The €5,000 is awarded in the first year only.

NL Scholarship 2025–2026: Eligibility Criteria

You are not from an EEA country
-
You are applying for a full-time bachelor’s or master’s program at a participating Dutch institution
-
You meet the specific requirements of your chosen university
-
You do not already hold a degree from a Dutch institution
