NVIDIA Graduate Fellowship 2025–2026: Eligibility
Applicants must:

Have completed at least one year of PhD studies at the time of application.

Be majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, System Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Be actively engaged in PhD research and enrolled full-time during the 2026–2027 academic year (cannot graduate before May/June 2027).

Be available for an in-person internship at an NVIDIA research office (locations: U.S., Canada, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, Israel, Taiwan).

Not be an immediate family member of an NVIDIA employee.
