The NVIDIA Graduate Fellowship Program supports PhD students conducting cutting-edge research in accelerated computing and related fields such as AI, robotics, and autonomous systems. Each award provides up to $60,000 in funding, along with access to NVIDIA technologies, mentorship, and a mandatory in-person internship at an NVIDIA research office.

This is a prestigious, competitive fellowship aimed at nurturing the next generation of innovators and industry leaders.

Deadline: September 15, 2025 (3:00 PM PT).
Decision Notifications: End of November 2025.

NVIDIA Graduate Fellowship 2025–2026: Eligibility

Applicants must:

  • Have completed at least one year of PhD studies at the time of application.

  • Be majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, System Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Be actively engaged in PhD research and enrolled full-time during the 2026–2027 academic year (cannot graduate before May/June 2027).

  • Be available for an in-person internship at an NVIDIA research office (locations: U.S., Canada, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, Israel, Taiwan).

  • Not be an immediate family member of an NVIDIA employee.

  • Apply through their university (funds disbursed via institution).
