One Young World Summit Building Tomorrow Scholarship 2025 Overview

The Building Tomorrow Scholarship 2025, supported by Holcim in partnership with One Young World, is designed to support young leaders driving the responsible and impactful use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in sustainable construction and urban development. The scholarship provides the opportunity to attend the One Young World Summit 2025 in Munich, Germany.

One Young World Summit Building Tomorrow Scholarship 2025 Eligibility

Applicants must be:

• Aged 18 – 30

• Actively working on impactful projects or initiatives in at least one of the following areas:

  • Deploying AI for sustainable construction (e.g., waste reduction, green building design, energy efficiency)

  • Employing AI for urban resilience (e.g., disaster prediction, infrastructure maintenance, traffic management)

  • Ensuring responsible deployment of AI in urban development (e.g., policy frameworks, ethical AI, community engagement)

One Young World Summit Building Tomorrow Scholarship 2025 Benefits

• Full access to the One Young World Summit 2025

• Hotel accommodation in Munich from 2 – 6 November 2025

• Economy travel to and from Munich

• All meals during the Summit (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)

• Ground transport between the accommodation and the Summit venue

• Pre-programme experience in Munich with Holcim’s global delegation

One Young World Summit Building Tomorrow Scholarship 2025 Fellowship/Program Components

• Participation in the One Young World Summit 2025 with 2,000+ young leaders from around the world

• Pre-Summit program with Holcim’s global delegation

• Access to a platform to share your AI-driven sustainability initiatives

• Ongoing support from One Young World and Holcim networks

• Complete the online application form before the deadline

• Clearly demonstrate your impact and experience in one or more of the scholarship’s three focus areas

• Submit relevant supporting information about your project, initiative, or research

• Be prepared to attend the entire summit and pre-programme

• Alignment with at least one of the scholarship’s three focus areas

• Demonstrated commitment to ethical and sustainable AI use
