The Samsung EEIP (Equity Equivalent Investment Programme) is calling on South African entrepreneurs in the ICT and Consumer Electronics Repair sectors to apply for its Enterprise Development (ED) Programme. Now in its 7th year, the programme empowers small businesses through funding, development support, and access to Samsung’s service networks, with the aim of stimulating economic growth and job creation.

Samsung EEIP Enterprise Development Program 2025: Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be a South African citizen and a company registered in South Africa

  • Business must be at least 51% black-owned

  • Must have been in operation for at least 1 year

  • Annual turnover must be less than R50 million

  • Must qualify as an EME or QSE under B-BBEE Act

  • Proven experience in ICT or electronics repair industries

  • Must possess relevant certifications and business expertise

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and entrepreneurial skills

Documents Required

  • Company registration documents

  • Proof of black ownership and B-BBEE status

  • Financial statements or proof of turnover

  • Certifications or licenses related to ICT or electronics repairs

  • Any supporting documents for industry experience

  • Participants may receive grant funding to support business operations

  • Beneficiaries gain access to Samsung’s specialist business development and service repair network

  • Selected entrepreneurs may run accredited and funded service centres

Selection Process
