SIIT Graduate Scholarship Program 2025: Overview
The Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT) at Thammasat University is now accepting applications for the SIIT Graduate Scholarship Program, Academic Year 2/2025 (January 2026 intake). The program provides full or partial scholarships for both Thai and international students pursuing Master’s or Doctoral degrees in engineering, technology, and related fields.

Eligibility
Applicants must:

Be either foreign nationals or Thai citizens applying for Master’s or Doctoral programs.

Meet minimum GPA requirements:

Master’s: Bachelor’s degree with GPA ≥ 2.75
-
PhD: Bachelor’s and Master’s transcripts, with GPA ≥ 3.50

Demonstrate strong academic performance and research potential.

English proficiency (recommended but not mandatory at application):

SIIT-EPT ≥ 65
-
TOEFL iBT ≥ 32 / ITP ≥ 433
-
IELTS ≥ 4.5
-
TU-GET PBT ≥ 400 or CBT ≥ 32

TOEIC ≥ 600
