Hey!!! I have 7 million in US stock investment. Here is how I did it.

Study in Canada with the Alberta Graduate Excellence Scholarship 2025: Overview

The Alberta Graduate Excellence Scholarship (AGES) recognizes outstanding graduate students who demonstrate academic excellence and research potential.
Funded by the Government of Alberta, this scholarship aims to attract the best and brightest — including international students — to pursue advanced studies in Alberta.
The award is administered through the University of Alberta (U of A) and supports both course-based and thesis-based programs.

To qualify for the AGES award, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, protected person, or international student with a valid study permit.

  • Be living in Alberta during their studies (whether attending classes in-person or online).

  • Have a minimum GPA of 3.3 in their most recent 15 units of coursework (or use the Admission GPA if newly admitted).

  • Faculties are responsible for informing students whether they have been nominated or not.

Selection Criteria

  • Academic excellence (minimum GPA of 3.3)

  • Research or academic contributions such as publications, presentations, or community involvement

  • Previous scholarly achievements through awards, scholarships, or academic recognition
