Applicants must:

  • Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Forestry or a related field.

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of work experience.

  • Demonstrate English proficiency via one of the following:

    • TOEFL iBT: 80 | PBT: 550 | CBT: 213

    • IELTS: 6.0 overall

    • OR a university certificate proving English as the medium of instruction.

  • Semesters 1 & 2: Foundations in forest policy, governance, economics, silviculture, ecology, and conservation.

  • Semester 3: Integration modules in research design, project planning, modelling, and conflict management, with options to specialise in forest governance or forest management.

  • Semester 4: Master’s thesis & fieldwork in a tropical or subtropical country.
