University of Melbourne Human Rights Scholarship 2026 Eligibility
To be eligible, applicants must:

Be applying for or currently enrolled in a Master’s by Research or Doctoral program at the University of Melbourne.

Intend to undertake graduate research in the field of Human Rights.

Not have already completed a research qualification at the same or higher level.

Not have previously received a graduate research scholarship from the University of Melbourne.
University of Melbourne Human Rights Scholarship 2026 Benefits

Living allowance: $43,500 per year (pro rata), up to 2 years for Master’s or 3.5 years for Doctoral students.

Full tuition fee offset for the duration of the program.

Relocation grant: $2,000 for interstate students, $3,000 for international students.

Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for international students.

Total value: Up to $94,200 AUD.
