Vice Chancellor’s International Excellence Scholarship 2025: Overview

The Vice Chancellor’s International Excellence Scholarship offers a 50 percent reduction in tuition fees for the duration of a degree, up to a maximum of four years of full-time study. It is open to both undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students pursuing eligible programs at the University of South Australia.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Be prospective international students eligible to study in Australia

• Meet the academic entry and English language requirements for their chosen degree

• Have achieved a UniSA equivalent of a high distinction average in previous studies

• Not have accepted any other UniSA scholarship or bursary

• Be applying for an eligible undergraduate or postgraduate coursework program

Benefits

• 50 percent reduction in tuition fees for up to four years of full-time study

• Automatic consideration for the International Merit Scholarship if not selected for this award

Scholarship Conditions

• Recipients must remain enrolled full-time at UniSA’s South Australian campuses

• A minimum Grade Point Average of 5.0 must be maintained each study period

• The 50 percent fee reduction is applied directly to the student’s tuition invoice

• The scholarship cannot be deferred or combined with other UniSA scholarships

• Recipients are not eligible for advanced standing or credit transfer

Application Process

1. Choose an eligible degree program.

2. Check and meet all entry and English language requirements.

3. Submit an application for the degree along with the completed scholarship application form and supporting documents.

4. Applicants who meet eligibility but do not initially include the form will be invited to apply.

5. Successful applicants will be notified of their scholarship outcome along with their academic admission results.
