Eligibility Criteria

  2. Admission: Must have applied for full-time studies at Western’s main campus

  3. Nomination: Must be nominated by your school

  4. Assessor: One reference letter from a teaching/staff member familiar with your work

  5. International Applicants: Must meet separate criteria for the International President’s Entrance Scholarship

Application Components

  1. Nomination Request Form – To request your school administrator to submit your nomination and transcript

  2. Assessor Request Form – To request a reference letter from a qualified school staff member

  3. Transcript – Must be uploaded by your school; required for scholarship only

  4. Essay – Original essay on an issue important to you or of public concern

    • Length: 1000–1250 words

    • Format: PDF upload

How to Access the Application

  • Use your OUAC reference number and date of birth

  • Note: There is a minimum 5-business day delay after submitting your OUAC admission application before you can access the scholarship form
