World Economic Forum Early Careers Program 2025: Overview
The World Economic Forum (WEF) invites recent graduates and young professionals to apply for its Early Careers Program 2025 Cohort, a fully paid 6-month internship opportunity based in Geneva, Beijing, Mumbai, or Tokyo. This programme is designed to offer early talents real-world experience and help shape global impact across industries and regions.
World Economic Forum Early Careers Program 2025: Eligibility

Open to Bachelor’s and Master’s degree graduates

Applicants must have no more than 2 years of total work experience

Must be available for full-time, on-site work
-
Work authorization support is available only for Geneva-based roles
-
Candidates must be able to start between 15 September and 15 October 2025
