World Economic Forum Early Careers Programme: Overview
The World Economic Forum (WEF) Early Careers Programme is a 6-month full-time employment opportunity designed for recent bachelor’s and master’s graduates with up to 3 years of work experience. The programme offers young professionals hands-on exposure to global systems change, policy development, stakeholder engagement and digital innovation across WEF offices in Geneva, Beijing, Mumbai and Tokyo.
Note: Work authorization support is available only for Geneva-based roles.
Eligibility
Applicants must:

Have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree.

Possess a maximum of 3 years cumulative work experience (including internships).

Be available to work full-time onsite for 6 months between 15 March and 15 April 2026.

Be able to relocate to Geneva, Beijing, Mumbai or Tokyo (depending on selected office).
Benefits

Beijing: CNY 12,500
