Z Zurich Foundation Scholarship 2025 Overview

The Z Zurich Foundation is dedicated to creating brighter futures for vulnerable communities by focusing on three key areas: climate adaptation, mental well-being, and social equity. This scholarship supports 25 young leaders who are actively working on initiatives in these areas, providing them with the opportunity to attend the One Young World Summit 2025 in Munich, Germany, from November 3 – 6, 2025.

Z Zurich Foundation Scholarship 2025 Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Be between 18 and 30 years old at the time of the summit (exceptions may be made for those over 30 with demonstrated impact).
• Have a strong passion for local and global issues.
• Show a commitment to creating positive change.
• Be willing to collaborate with other scholars and Zurich Insurance Group employees attending the summit.
• Have a proven impact in one of the following focus areas:
  1. Adapting to Climate Change – Projects that help communities build climate resilience and protect against climate change impacts.
  2. Improving Mental Well-being – Initiatives focused on mental health promotion and prevention for youth.
  3. Enabling Social Equity – Efforts to remove barriers in education, employment, and entrepreneurship by providing young people with essential resources and skills.

Z Zurich Foundation Scholarship 2025 Benefits

Selected scholars will receive:

• Full access to the One Young World Summit 2025 in Munich.
• Additional programming organized by the Z Zurich Foundation, including pre- and post-summit sessions and an impact-focused development day.
• Hotel accommodation in Munich from November 1 – 6, 2025.
• Return air travel to and from Munich.
• Catering (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
• Ground transportation between summit venues.

Z Zurich Foundation Scholarship 2025 Application Process

• Applications must be submitted by May 1, 2025.
• The selection process will consider leadership impact, initiative, and alignment with the foundation’s focus areas.
