Description
The HR Analytics role must have a clear vision of how to lead the organization towards a “data-driven and insight-led culture.” to support our exponential growth. This person enables leaders and the People team to make data-driven decisions about the workforce while keeping in line with talent strategy and with the goal of moving our People Department and leaders away from making decisions on gut feel.

2 to 3 years of experience in a people analytics role or similar role

Professional with training in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics or similar.

Experience analyzing business processes, creating process flows and documentation.

Understanding and basic knowledge of main HR processes. (Statistical and financial knowledge are a plus)

Excellent communications, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Analytical / data-driven mindset and skills.

Solid experience in Excel / Google Sheets.

Experience managing high volume of data, handling SQL is a plus

Experience in Tableau
-
Other BI tools such as Power BI, R or Python are a plus.

Advanced English.
