As our first Website Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class experience across all key pages on oysterhr.com, with a focus on creating a long-term strategy to help meet our business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in and contribute to the following responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Own the website; you will be responsible for updating and maintaining our website and key landing pages.
• Partner with stakeholders across the company (ex: Marketing, Sales, Product) and third-party agencies to strategize and implement changes to drive improvements and new capabilities in line with B2B SaaS best practices.
• Monitor and report on current technical and business performance of the website.
• Recommend and implement growth opportunities and new capabilities to improve site speed, compliance, SEO, user experience (UX), and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Plan, execute, and report on multiple A/B tests on web pages and landing pages.
• Lead and influence across the org to make customer-centered, data-backed decisions

You will work in a collaborative manner with the marketing, sales, product and customer success teams to attract, engage, and convert the thousands of companies that want to hire people remotely in other countries.
