Learner Experience & Process Excellence Program Manager

Responsibilities
Drive Process Excellence:
- Lead the execution of process excellence initiatives across the organization.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements that will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
- Ensure that process excellence initiatives are aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Measure and report on the progress of process excellence initiatives.
Improved Internal And External Experience
- Partner with regional delivery teams to ensure that processes are followed effectively, resulting in a best-in-class experience for learners and customers.
- Work with corporate teams to ensure that process changes, tools, and reporting are adopted effectively.
Change Management
- Provide leadership and guidance to help the organization effectively manage change.
- Develop and implement change management plans for process improvement initiatives.
- Communicate the benefits of process improvement to stakeholders and help them to understand the need for change.
Compliance And Audit
- Act as the escalation point for systemic compliance issues.
- Be the global expert and contact point for Business Process Program Management matters.
- Drive compliance actions throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in engineering or business.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of related experience.
- Experience with business process optimization methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Green Belt.
- Experience with project management and program management.
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
- Proficient with various office productivity applications, such as Visio, Project, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English is essential in both written and spoken form.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
- Self-starter, highly motivated, and result driven.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrates commitment and solid business planning.
