Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and be part of a cutting-edge technology app product? We seek energetic and reliable Delivery Riders to join our team and help us revolutionize how people shop for groceries.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and promptly deliver customer orders from local supermarkets to their doorstep.

• Ensure the accuracy and quality of each order, carefully handling and securing items during transportation.

• Efficiently navigate through assigned delivery routes using maps or the ahfiah rider app

• Provide exceptional customer service by delivering orders in a professional and friendly manner.

• Collect cash payments or process digital transactions, ensuring accuracy and maintaining proper records.

• Collaborate with the ahfiah in-store shopper team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and resolve any order-related issues.

• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company policies while operating the company’s delivery vehicle.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of the company’s delivery vehicle.

• Follow delivery schedules and timelines to ensure timely order delivery.

• Communicate effectively with customers, fellow delivery riders, and the team to provide updates or address any delivery-related concerns.

Requirements:

• Valid Rider’s license and a clean record.

• Referees Very Important

• Ability to ride a motorbike safely

• Familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.

• Ability to use maps, GPS, or navigation apps effectively.

• Strong time management skills to meet delivery schedules.

• Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper records.

• Physically fit and able to handle packages of varying weights and sizes.

• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing delivery demands.

• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.

• Prior experience in delivery or courier services is a plus.

• Familiarity with Victoria Island Roads is a PLUS
