Job Summary

• We currently seek an experienced individual with a history of successful performance to function as Head, Business & Strategy in Lagos, Nigeria.
• The Head, Business & Strategy (HBS) will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the business team, providing strategic direction for the Business to ensure the profitability of the organization monthly.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities for the organization.
• Leading the business team to achieve month on month profitability of the organization.
• Planning and overseeing effective sales and marketing initiatives.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Developing proposals for clients.
• Foster and develop relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Keeps up to date with the company’s product, services and competitors.
• Ensuring business goals developed are met and surpassed.

Qualification / Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• 3 – 7 years work experience.
• Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
• Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent knowledge of the internet and entertainment sector.
• Strong communication skills (written & oral) & IT fluency.

Salary

N200,000 – N250,000 monthly
