Job Title: Manager-Client Engineering

About the role

As our manager for the Client Engineering squad, you’ll lead and shape the way we match developers from our network with clients and advise our clients on technical matter, focusing on improving the fulfillment rate and engagement success rate.

Manager-Client Engineering Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a talented and dedicated team responsible for identifying the best fit between our network of developers and our clients
• Monitor and report on team performance, ensuring that our 48-hour match goal is consistently met while maintaining a high completion rate
• Conduct regular team meetings, provide training, and foster a positive and productive work environment
• Engage closely with Client Managers to understand client-specific needs and priorities
• Proactively identify talent gaps in client teams and recommend suitable engineering professionals
• Advise clients on strategies to scale their software development, infrastructure, and data teams

Who you are

• Strong technical background. Proficiency in various technology stacks and programming languages to effectively match clients with developers
• Execution-oriented mindset – with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done
• Advanced knowledge in system design and architecture. Can provide substantial advice on tech team scaling, manage multiple technical discovery sessions and match clients with suitable developers, and also offer solution recommendations
• Can effectively lead team collaborations and communicate complex ideas. Can grow client relationships

BONUS: High level in German, Dutch, Danish, Swedish or Norwegian.
